As in all of its projects, Kronos Homes chooses a differentiating concept using a unique and innovative architecture in the design that aims for authenticity and is inspired by the philosophy of good living.
Palmares –Living & Golf is a residential touristic resort, with beach, 27-hole golf course, hotel, villas and apartments. The project foresees the construction of 460 units, of which 103 will be exclusive villas and 357 apartments, but with a construction density of only 5.7% of its 200 hectares. The Resort includes a new Clubhouse and two five-star hotels — one already in operation (The Palmares Beach House Hotel) and one under development with 152 rooms. There will also be an important set of sports and leisure facilities.
